First of all, thank you for considering EATinerando as your business partner! To buy from us, simply register with your business details and within a short time you will receive access to the complete price list dedicated to professionals.
It is not possible to purchase from EATinerando B2B if you are not a professional with a valid VAT number. For private individuals you can go to www.eatinerando.net our site dedicated to retail where you can find our products dedicated to sales to private individuals.
The prices you see on the product page are VAT excluded. During checkout you will be able to see a summary of the products in your cart including VAT and shipping costs. VAT is, as per current legislation, 10% while 22% for drinks.
The minimum order to purchase on EATinerando B2B is €150, excluding VAT.
You can purchase with Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bank Transfer. In the latter case, you will receive the coordinates to make the payment at the same time as the order.
We remind you to send a copy of the accounting to ingrosso@eatinerando.net or via Whatsapp 320 0682594, orders for which we do not receive the accounting will be automatically cancelled within 48 hours of the order.
Shipping methods
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the order placed. From €650 excluding VAT, shipping becomes free!
Of course, shipping throughout Italy is free for orders starting from €650 excluding VAT.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking address to follow your shipment. In any case, if you want information on the latter or if there should be delays in delivery, just contact us and we will check with the courier the status of the latter.
We pay a lot of attention to the packaging of our shipments but we are aware that some problems can happen during delivery. In this case do not hesitate to contact us, we will immediately see how to solve the problem.
ATTENTION: In the case of boxes or pallets damaged during delivery, remember to inform the courier to accept the goods with RESERVATION, this will facilitate the entire procedure for any refunds.
Labels, expirations and sales support
Since products come from various parts of the world, it may happen that they do not have the ingredients in Italian. In that case, as per current legislation, we will take care of providing you with the labels in Italian in the shipment or already applied by us on the products you have purchased.
It's very simple! All products have their expiration date on their reference page on the site.
No, it is not possible to obtain a refund for an unsold product.

Through our website, it is not possible to register and accept orders from VAT numbers that are not Italian. In such cases, please contact us through our phone support, via WhatsApp or by email, and we will see if it is still possible to proceed with the sale, provided that your foreign VAT number is valid and registered with VIES.
